This policy outlines how refunds are handled for bookings made through CICO.

Service fee (savings fee)

Our service fee is charged only when we deliver savings on your booking.

  • The service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if your booking is cancelled and a refund is successfully processed from the hotel or supplier
  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive confirmation and funds from the supplier

Hotel cancellation policies

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the hotel or supplier.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable
  • Some may allow partial or full refunds depending on timing
  • These terms will be clearly communicated before you confirm your booking

Refund timelines

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive funds from the hotel or supplier
  • Timelines may vary depending on the provider and payment method
  • Once processed, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

Non-refundable scenarios

  • Bookings marked as non-refundable by the hotel or supplier
  • No-shows or failure to check in
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the user
  • The savings-based service fee (20% of savings, or ₹999 — whichever is higher)
